Rebel's Rock was established in 1996 by Pastor Gary Purchase which at the time was trading as Joosey Jaffle and later on in 2005 started trading as Rebel's Rock and was assisted by  Pastor Steve Fortuin and George Tsigourakos to help residents that show an interest to develope restaurant and life skills, while running as a business to the public.
The success to date has placed many people back into society working at restaurants and hotel around the country.
In the begining of 2010 the restaurant building was upgrated to it's present decore. It has incorporated a stage with ample seeting undercover for bands and kareoke.
